Apartments

Each apartment consists of at least one bedroom separated from the living area, in which you will find a kitchenette and table, and obviously each apartment has a private bathroom.
During your stay, you can book both breakfast and the internal restaurant service (fixed menu).
We do not do the cleaning, but it is possible to request it by paying a separate fee, and there is no cost for the final cleaning, if you respect the internal regulations.

Rooms

Each room has been created respecting the original architectural majesty.
The rooms on the first floor have very high ceilings, and overlook the large common terrace.
The rooms on the second floor have beamed ceilings, and small private balconies.
Each room has its own private bathroom.
Breakfast and daily cleaning are included in the price. Upon reservation it is possible to use the internal catering service.

Amenity

  • The farmhouse is near to the center of Pontremoli (about 1500m, 7 minutes by car) and therefore to shops, supermarkets, pharmacies, bars, restaurants, pizzerias and the train station. Furthermore, from the farmhouse it is very easy to reach the sports center located near the stadium.

  • The farm property is crossed by a stream, the Bettinia (tributary of the Verde River), where it is possible to fish.

  • There are many woods in the surrounding area, within easy reach, where it is possible to pick mushrooms, chestnuts, blueberries, raspberries, strawberries
